An M&E Project Manager is required to work for a reputable main contractor in Central London.
The project is a multi‑billion pound mega project working on mixed use scheme.
The purpose of this role for an M&E Project Manager is to manage the mega mixed use scheme, to make sure it is being completed on time and in the budget that has been set.
Ideal candidate
- 7-10 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
- You will be required to be degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification.
- Main contracting experience.
- A strong track record as a Project Manager.
- Projects seen through from inception to completion,
- Having worked on mixed use schemes.
- CSCS Card.
- SMSTS certificate,
- First Aid Certificate.
