Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-commerce Store Manager to oversee our online retail operations on Shopify and Amazon. This is a fully remote position, ideal for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of digital retail platforms, marketplace strategies, product optimization, and end-to-end store management. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring seamless operations, and managing the customer experience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of our e-commerce stores on Shopify and Amazon.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profit margins.
- Handle inventory management, product listing optimization, and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and Shopify standards.
- Oversee order fulfillment, logistics, and returns processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate email campaigns, social media ads, and influencer promotions.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, cart abandonment) and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain accurate product descriptions, titles, images, and SEO best practices across platforms.
- Manage customer service escalations and improve feedback ratings and reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Shopify and Amazon Seller Central platforms.
- Strong command of SEO, PPC, product ranking strategies, and performance analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and e-commerce automation platforms.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience managing Shopify and Amazon stores.
- Proven track record of improving sales and optimizing operations in an e-commerce environment.
- Experience in remote team collaboration and reporting across departments.
Working Hours
- Fully remote – flexible hours.
- Must be available for team meetings during core business hours (9 AM – 2 PM EST).
- Occasional weekend or holiday availability may be required during peak seasons.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce best practices, consumer behavior, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL), dropshipping, and inventory sync tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to storefronts, listings, and payments.
- Adaptability to changing trends and platforms.
- Creative thinking for promotions and brand messaging.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality and efficiency.
