The Role – Client / Sales Recruitment Consultant
This is a sales-focused entry role designed for people who want to accelerate their career fast. You’ll learn how to win new business, build client relationships, and place high-value talent into the fastest-growing sector in tech: Data & AI. You’ll be trained directly on the USA market, working on senior-level roles with real earning potential from day one.
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in sales & recruitment.
- 0–2 years sales or customer-facing experience (recruitment a bonus, not required)
- Competitive mindset, strong communication, and resilience
- Someone who wants accountability, coaching, and rapid progression
- High energy, fast-paced attitude with genuine ambition to become top-tier
