Are you an experienced and passionate leader looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We’re looking for a Nursing Home Manager to take the helm of our large, well-established care home and drive excellence in care, compliance, and culture.

About the Role

As the Home Manager, you will have full operational and clinical oversight of a large nursing home, ensuring that the highest standards of care are delivered to every resident. You’ll lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team, ensuring the home remains safe, welcoming, and compliant with CQC standards.

You will:

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to your team.
  • Maintain exceptional care quality and compliance.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and occupancy levels effectively.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and uphold the values of person-centred care.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A qualified nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with an active NMC PIN (preferred, but not essential).
  • Experienced in managing a medium or large nursing home.
  • Confident in leading multi-disciplinary teams and achieving strong regulatory outcomes.
  • Skilled in financial management, staffing, and compliance.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care and supporting residents to live fulfilled lives.
