• Lead Cash Reconciliations for the Asset Management business, with experience from Asset Management or Custody backgrounds.
• Manage a Reconciliations department and perform daily Cash Reconciliations while also contributing to strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Oversee manual reconciliation processes and drive automation and efficiency improvements, potentially creating a separate Reconciliations sub-department or introducing new technology.
• Operate under deadlines and manage multiple projects, delivering accurate results on time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Cash Reconciliations within Asset Management or Custody, at a senior level.
• Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking and change management.
• Experience in leading a team and working in a fast-paced environment.
