Overview

Finance Business Partner – Living Sectors (BTR / PBSA) role, focusing on Build to Rent and Build to Sell with BTR as the long-term focus. Join a commercial finance team working directly with senior stakeholders across the residential portfolio. The role offers exposure to shaping processes in a growing function and influencing decision-making at the business end of the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with budget holders in Build to Rent and Build to Sell (with BTR as the long-term focus).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
• Present financial analysis in a clear and commercial way to non-finance stakeholders.
• Improve processes and embed best practice across the commercial finance function.
• Support investment and cashflow analysis for new developments.

What we’re looking for

• Newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent).
• Experience gained in the living sectors (BTR, PBSA, residential).
• Strong communication skills – able to influence senior non-finance stakeholders.
• A problem-solver with the initiative to shape processes in a growing function. xwzovoh
