A multinational services company with presence across the globe is seeking a Director of Corporate Real Estate & Infrastructure to drive their real estate strategy.
What will you do?
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement global real estate management strategies
- Align property initiatives with corporate objectives
- Identify optimisation opportunities and cost-efficiency initiatives
- Oversee property acquisitions, leasing, and dispositions
- Negotiate complex contracts and lease agreements
- Monitor property performance
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Lead sustainability initiatives and environmental metrics
- Lead multicultural teams of facilities managers
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering or related field
- 10+ years in real estate/facilities management with 5+ years in leadership
