As Finance Director, you’ll work in close partnership with an extremely passionate & ambitious C Suite on scaling the business internationally. - Continue to roll out key scalable processes, controls and systems, utilising technology to automate
- Lead the day-to-day finance function, owning monthly management and annual statutory reporting as well as transactional finance
- Prepare strategic, commercial and financial objectives for the business
- Business partner cross-functionally, in particular with Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Distribution and GTM teams
Qualifications
- Qualified accountant, strong academic background
- Experience of working within a capex heavy, B2B enterprise manufacturing xwzovoh or product-led startup
- Thoughtful thinker around AI optimisation
- Strong analytical and data visualisation skills with advanced financial modelling
- Ambitious, progressive and curious in nature
