- Lead a High-Growth Consumer Brand – First site launched in Miami, now 40 sites globally, targeting rapid organic and M&A-driven expansion.
- Equity Participation – Potential for a £2m+ outcome as the business scales.
- Build & Professionalise the Finance Function – Current FD operates as a controller at best, with a lean team of 5. You’ll have the autonomy to scale, strengthen, and optimise financial operations.
- Strategic Growth Play – Balance multi-site retail, eCommerce/B2C, and franchise expansion as the business moves towards manufacturing its own products.
- Strong Financial Trajectory – Revenue has doubled year-on-year, and the business is on track to reach breakeven by June, supported by 3-4 franchise deals in motion.
