The Role

• Assisting with running of the practice ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda
• Manage store opportunities and reporting directly to the general manager
• Helping with target setting, monitoring and driving the business forward
• Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged
• Administration responsibilities and compliance
• Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles
• Excellent communication skills and self‑motivated
• Confident, friendly and organise
