Product Delivery Lead – An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Product Delivery Lead to join our client, an innovator within the UK’s personal finance technology sector. Building on their consistent year-on-year growth, our client is seeking a pivotal team member to steer the delivery of their market-leading software suite.
Our client is at the forefront of innovation, enhancing a sophisticated cloud-based CRM platform that empowers mortgage and insurance brokers.
This isn’t just about managing projects; it’s about taking ownership and bringing software to life. You will be instrumental in turning product vision into a tangible reality for thousands of users.
As a Product Delivery Lead, you will steward products from the initial concept right through to live deployment.
Partnering with a talented engineers, fostering a collaborative environment where you will guide architectural decisions and weigh technical trade-offs.
Owning the delivery pipeline, you will ensure features are shipped efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- A solid understanding of modern software architecture. You don’t need to be a coder, but you can “talk the talk” – articulating with those who do, understanding the fundamentals of APIs, databases, and system interactions.
- A proven history of successfully shipping digital products, preferably within a fintech, SaaS, or CRM environment.
- A talent for clear and concise communication, capable of liaising with senior stakeholders and translating complex ideas with technical and non technical audiences.
- Experience in lean, iterative environments – Agile or Kanban
- A “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude, combined with a belief in collaboration and a focus on results over rigid processes.
- An enthusiasm for emerging technology, including a curiosity for how AI can enhance both productivity and product offerings.
- Competitive basic salary between £60,000 – £80,000
