Programme Manager

An opportunity for a Programme Manager to support the delivery of complex transformation initiatives and operating model change.

This role is delivery‑focused and hands‑on, working alongside programme leadership to shape and control integrated plans, coordinate multiple workstreams, and ensure progress, risks, and dependencies are actively managed. You’ll partner closely with PMO, senior stakeholders, and external suppliers to maintain momentum and alignment with strategic goals.

What you’ll do

• Build, manage, and maintain integrated programme schedules and delivery plans
• Coordinate activity across multiple workstreams, identifying risks and interdependencies
• Support programme governance, reporting, and senior‑level updates
• Engage third‑party partners to ensure delivery against agreed outcomes
• Lead planning sessions and promote clear communication across stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• Experience delivering large, complex programmes or transformation / target-operating model initiatives
• Strong planning, governance, and dependency management capability
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
• A proactive, problem‑solving approach in fast‑moving environments
• Programme or project management certification (desirable)

This role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 50% of the week in office over a two-week period.
