Responsibilities
- Provide export sales coordination and excellent customer support by managing orders, processing quotations and supporting the export sales team
- The role: Prepare customer quotations ensuring customers have all details required and following up where needed
- Ensure records are maintained and recorded accurately
- Be responsible for processing all orders ensuring high attention to detail
- Coordinate export inbox communications
- Liaise with internal teams following up on lead time and stock
- Ensure customer enquiries are handled efficiently
- Handle invoicing, credit notes, transfer orders as well as freight and shipments
- Reporting as needed
Candidate’s Profile
- Export sales or customer service experience
- Fluent in German a plus
- Excellent communication skills prioritising customer support
- Positive, proactive and able to work as part of a team
- IT literate
