A fast-scaling, venture-backed health tech company is hiring a Product Manager to join their growing product team. This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership in a company that is transforming how healthcare is delivered – moving from reactive care to proactive, data-driven intervention.

Location: London, 2 days a week on site.
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000.

The Company
This mission-led health tech scale-up builds clinical software and works with hundreds of primary care practices, covering millions of patients, and is rapidly expanding its footprint across the UK. With strong product-market fit and accelerating demand, the focus is now on maturing, scaling, and broadening the product offering.
The Role
This is a hands‑on individual contributor role with full end‑to‑end product ownership. You will:
- Surface and deeply understand user needs within GP practices
- Shape product strategy and translate it into clear, actionable roadmaps
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to define and deliver solutions
- Balance speed with thoughtful decision‑making in a regulated environment
- Own feedback loops post‑launch and iterate based on real‑world impact
Product‑market fit is established – but there is significant opportunity to refine, strengthen, and scale the platform. This role suits someone who is both operator and crafts person: comfortable with ambiguity, able to make pragmatic trade‑offs, and motivated by building durable systems.
About You
- Several years’ experience in B2B product management
- Ideally experience in health tech or another regulated, data‑rich sector
- Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams
- Comfortable influencing without authority and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Pragmatic decision‑maker with strong judgement around scope and priority
- Energised by early‑stage or scaling environments (Seed‑Series A experience a plus)
- Resourceful, resilient, and excited by meaningful impact
