Our agency client specialises in brand experiences and create bold, boundary-pushing experiences that leave a lasting impact. They are now looking for a Senior Production Manager.

The Role

As Senior Production Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end production delivery across live projects. From technical planning to onsite execution, you’ll ensure every detail is considered and every experience lands seamlessly.

What You Will Do

• Lead full production delivery across complex live experiences
• Manage and negotiate with suppliers, advising on technical solutions
• Oversee CAD drawings, production specs, and detailed documentation
• Uphold the creative vision onsite while solving challenges proactively
• Lead onsite teams ensuring safe, efficient delivery
• Own budgets, track costs, and protect commercial integrity
• Champion H&S compliance, RAMS, and industry standards

Who You Are

• Experienced in brand experience / live events / experiential production
• Confident managing complex builds and technical environments
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
• Commercially astute with strong budget ownership
• A collaborative leader who builds trust quickly
