Senior Credit Risk Leader – National Infrastructure Investment Platform

We’re supporting a nationally backed investment institution deploying multi-billion-pound capital into UK infrastructure, energy transition and complex growth projects.

This is not a monitoring role, This is a seat at the table.

You will:

• Provide independent second-line challenge across large, structured debt, equity and guarantee investments
• Influence committee decisions on nationally significant transactions
• Shape credit risk appetite as the institution scales
• Partner directly with investment directors and senior stakeholders
• Help define the long-term credit culture of the platform

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Have owned material credit decisions in infrastructure or project finance
• Are comfortable challenging at Board or Committee level
• Combine commercial discipline with public purpose
• Want to build something long-term, not chase short-term deals

If you’re currently operating in:

• Infrastructure/project finance banking
• Development banks
• Pension or infrastructure funds
• Public sector lending institutions
• Specialist advisory environments
