Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Parts Advisor to join our friendly and hard-working team in Hayes. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a business that values reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Contract: Temp to Perm (3-month agency trial)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling customer queries and processing orders
• Managing parts requisitions
• Providing accurate product information and advice
• Supporting with inventory control and ordering
• Issuing credits and processing return requests
• Verifying invoices and responding to customer email queries
• Managing data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Taking card payments over the phone
• Desirable: Experience in goods-in receiving, ordering, or banking/payment allocation

What We’re Looking For

• Good Excel skills & strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of invoices, credits & ledgers
• Hard-working, reliable & a strong team player
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach
• Desirable: Experience in ordering, goods-in, or banking/payment allocation
