We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Car Parts Advisor to join our friendly and hard-working team in Hayes. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a business that values reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Contract: Temp to Perm (3-month agency trial)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling customer queries and processing orders
- Managing parts requisitions
- Providing accurate product information and advice
- Supporting with inventory control and ordering
- Issuing credits and processing return requests
- Verifying invoices and responding to customer email queries
- Managing data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Taking card payments over the phone
- Desirable: Experience in goods-in receiving, ordering, or banking/payment allocation
What We’re Looking For
- Good Excel skills & strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of invoices, credits & ledgers
- Hard-working, reliable & a strong team player
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach
- Desirable: Experience in ordering, goods-in, or banking/payment allocation
