We’re looking for an experienced Project Surveyor to join a growing team within a leading UK property services organisation. This is a great opportunity to play a key role delivering high-quality responsive maintenance services for social housing clients.
What You’ll Do
- Lead surveying activities across responsive maintenance projects.
- Manage and mentor a small team to ensure works are on time, on budget, and high quality.
- Oversee cost control, valuations, and financial reporting for projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Surveyor in the social housing sector, ideally with responsive maintenance exposure.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of building maintenance processes.
- Effective communication and organisational skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management are desirable.
