Base pay range

Change Management Specialist – Peterborough (Onsite)

Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed Term

Location: Peterborough (Full-time onsite)

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: 37 hours/week

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 16:45
  • Friday: 08:30 – 16:15
  • (Some flexibility available)

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and driven Change Management Specialist to join a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to delivering impactful transformation across multiple industries. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of business areas and work on strategic projects both in the UK and with international teams.

As part of a growing Change Management team, you’ll play a key role in supporting medium‑term strategy initiatives, driving change across business processes, manufacturing, and more. You’ll be joining a team of 10 professionals, with structured onboarding and mentorship to help you thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation of organizational change initiatives.
  • Conduct impact assessments and develop tailored change strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in the UK and internationally.
  • Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of change programs.
  • Deliver consistent and timely execution of change plans.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Change Management (3–5 years).
  • Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Certification in Organizational Change Management.
  • Background in HR, strategic communications, or project management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, PowerPoint (design skills a plus), and Power BI (training provided).

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Adaptability and time management.
  • Confidence in presenting and collaborating live with teams.
  • Highly organized and relationship‑oriented.
