Job Spec: We are seeking an experienced Digital Operations Manager to join a forward-thinking market research agency known for its innovative approach and collaborative culture. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of online survey programming while contributing to cutting‑edge technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the scripting of online surveys, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth delivery.
- Support the development of new digital tools and processes, including AI integration and advanced reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine workflows and enhance operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to optimise digital processes and elevate client deliverables.
About You
- Several years of experience in online survey programming, with solid understanding of scripting.
- Working knowledge of HTML/PHP/jQuery/MySQL; Python is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
- Passionate about innovation and committed to delivering high‑quality outcomes.
To be considered you must live in the UK, be happy to commute to the office in London 3 days per week and hold a valid UK working permit or a visa.
