Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects within financial services, focusing on payment systems and solutions.
• Drive Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Utilize JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Agile Project Manager in financial services.
• Strong understanding of payments systems and related processes.
• Proficiency in JIRA and other Agile tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, or PMI-ACP).
• Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services.
• Knowledge of emerging payment technologies and trends.
