Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects within financial services, focusing on payment systems and solutions.
- Drive Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
- Utilize JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Agile Project Manager in financial services.
- Strong understanding of payments systems and related processes.
- Proficiency in JIRA and other Agile tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, or PMI-ACP).
- Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services.
- Knowledge of emerging payment technologies and trends.
