POLARIS is an award winning organic search (SEO) agency specialising in SEO campaigns and consultancy, guiding organisations to increase their market share, online. Based in London, we work with global businesses such as Dune London, Sodexo, Thomson Reuters, and Mars, delivering expert SEO strategies that drive measurable results.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Client Success Executive to join our team. This role focuses on looking after the best interests of our client, identifying growth opportunities, driving revenue growth through exceptional account management, and ensuring the seamless delivery of successful campaigns.

About the Role:

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving measurable success? As a Client Success Manager at POLARIS, you’ll be the key contact for our clients who want a great relationship that drives results for their business.

Demonstrating a positive, results focused mindset, you will represent the clients best interests within the business, managing projects and delivery team members to execute the best work that drives the strongest results possible.

You’ll be an awesome communicator, open, tactile and personable. You’ll also be extremely organised, keen to get things ticked off your to do list so you can celebrate the achievements you’ve helped to drive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring successful campaign delivery and high client satisfaction every month.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional account management
  • Represent the clients interests internally, working with the delivery team to ensure the highest quality deliverables are achieved
  • Use the company project management tool, Zoho Projects, to keep client projects updated with scope, and report on progress both internally and externally
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with performance insights and growth recommendations.
  • Support the creation of crafting professional pitch decks using PowerPoint, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
  • Organise and track client deliverables using CRM and project management tools.
  • Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities by understanding client needs and business goals.

About You:

  • Recent Graduate with strong interpersonal skills / or 1 years’ experience in an account management role
  • Experience in managing projects and using project management tools
  • Experience in a digital agency or SaaS business (desirable)
  • Excels in building genuine, engaging relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and ensures deadlines are met.
  • Has a good understanding of digital marketing (knowledge of SEO is desirable but not essential).
  • Unapologetically ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to contribute ideas that drive results.
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
  • A consultative approach to sales, focusing on adding value rather than hard selling.

This is a hybrid role, working 3 days from our offices in London.

Package and Benefits

Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 based on experience.
