SecOps Manager – City of London (Hybrid)

The Opportunity
- Lead programmes that reduce information security risk across the enterprise
- Ensure firm‑wide applications meet InfoSec standards and remain secure
- Manage accepted risks, changes in vulnerabilities, and remediation activities
- Oversee patching, upgrades, and configuration management across key systems
- Support internal and external audits with high‑quality evidence and reporting
- Influence cyber governance, security standards, and operational procedures
- Act as the bridge between security, operations, delivery teams and stakeholders
What You Bring
- Certifications such as Security+, CISSP or similar
- Strong hands‑on information security experience: incident response, log review, root‑cause analysis
- Experience managing security infrastructure and operational security processes
- Confidence communicating risk to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- A background supporting audits and compliance initiatives (ISO, CE+, external audits)
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence teams across the organisation
