Job Title: Business Development Manager Warehouse Loading Bay Systems
Industry: Loading Bays, Warehousing, 3PL, Industrial, Food & Beverage, Distribution Centres, Cold Storage, Retail, Safety, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Distribution.
Remuneration: £50,000-£52,000 + £20,000-£25,000 Commission.

Responsibilities:
- Field sales role, promoting loading bay safety solutions for warehousing with a focus on cold storage, distribution centres, food & beverage, pharmaceutical and retail.
- Promoting loading bay safety solutions into warehouse facilities, targeting health & safety managers, operations managers and finance managers.
- Typical loading bay solutions £5,000‑£250,000.
- Customers include: Coca‑Cola, Mars, DHL, GXO, etc.
- Working in a team of four nationally, tasked with bringing in circa £350,000‑£500,000 of new business development.
- New business/hunter role focused on selling directly into end users and owners of warehousing facilities or 3PL companies.
Qualifications:
- Proven hunter with a field sales track record in business development.
- Must have sold into warehouse‑associated facilities.
- Comfortable selling a premium product/solutions.
- Tonnes of drive and enthusiasm.
- Ideally sold capital equipment or material handling solutions.
- Prior sector experience within cold storage, distribution centres, food & beverage, pharmaceutical and retail sectors would be ideal.
- Specific safety sector experience is not essential but may be useful.
- Knowledge of loading bays not required.
- Self‑starter, with coachable mentality.
