Oriel Partners is a boutique PA and administrative recruitment consultancy based in Central London. We are a dynamic team, and we are very proud of our exceptional reputation and the high-quality, personal service we provide to both clients and candidates alike. We are looking for a motivated, proactive Consultant to join our team, who brings with them client management experience and who is looking to work in a fast paced, commission lead environment. No two days will be the same, and the successful candidate must be confident liaising at a high level, building trust and maintaining discretion at all times.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Screening CVs and conducting interviews
- Meeting clients and briefing on requirements
- Shortlisting and interviewing candidates
- Managing the full interview process
- Negotiating offers and supporting with resignations
- Posting roles on job boards
- Gathering interview feedback and supporting candidate care

- Confident, articulate and proactive
- Comfortable picking up the phone and building relationships
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ambitious and motivated to build a career in recruitment
Core hours:9:00am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday (hybrid working)
