Head of FP&A | European Leisure & Travel | PE-backed growth

We’re supporting a market-leading leisure and travel brand operating across major European destination cities. The business is undergoing strategic transformation, and the CFO is building a best-in-class finance function to support the next phase of growth.

The Head of FP&A will sit at the centre of this journey — owning planning, performance insight, investment analysis, and data‑driven decision support across the Group.

Key focus areas:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and driver-based financial modelling
• Own cash forecasting and consolidated Group planning
• Deliver clear performance insight to leadership, Board, and investors
• Support pricing, occupancy, and commercial strategy decisions
• Evaluate ROI on capital projects, new sites, and strategic initiatives
• Build scalable BI dashboards, reporting automation, and data quality
• Develop and lead a growing FP&A analyst team

About you:

• FP&A leadership experience in a multi‑site, ideally PE‑backed environment
• Strong commercial modelling and decision‑support capability
• Comfortable building reporting frameworks and BI tools (Power BI or similar)
• Deep understanding of operational KPIs within leisure, retail, or hospitality
• Able to translate complex data into clear, engaging insight

This is a high-impact role with real visibility, working closely with an experienced CFO in a business scaling across Europe.
