An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join a leading Real Estate practice in Aberdeen. This role offers exposure to high-quality work and a chance to develop your career within a top-ranked team recognised by Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500.
About the Role:You will be involved in a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:
- Purchase, sale, and letting of commercial premises
- Drafting and negotiating lease documentation
- Land acquisition and development site options for housebuilders
- Advising clients on title reviews and providing pragmatic, commercial solutions
This is a fast-paced position where you will work closely with clients and colleagues, gaining sector-specific knowledge and contributing to business development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in Real Estate / Commercial Property
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to deliver cost-effective solutions
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
