The Role
As Associate Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Leadingcomplex residential planning strategies and site promotions
- Actingas senior advisor to major clients
- Drivingbusiness development and winning new work
- Managingand mentoring planners across multiple levels
- Overseeingproject profitability, budgets and resource planning
- LeadingLocal Plan examination work and strategic planning submissions
- Supportingappeal strategies and inquiry preparation
- Contributingto regional growth planning and recruitment strategy
About You
- Provenleadership experience and commercial capability
- Strongexperience in strategic housing and Local Plan processes
- Strongclient management skills and regional market presence
