This consultancy has a strong reputation for advising developers, land promoters and investors on strategic housing projects, complex planning appeals and Local Plan promotions. Their success is built on long-term relationships, technical credibility and commercial understanding.
The Role
As Associate Director, you will operate as a senior leader within the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading major residential and mixed-use planning strategies
- Driving business development and generating new instructions
- Leading project teams and ensuring delivery quality
- Managing and mentoring junior and mid-level planners
- Financial oversight of projects, including profitability and resourcing
- Representing clients at Local Plan examinations, hearings and inquiries
- Supporting recruitment and long-term growth planning for the Leeds office
