The Role
You’ll handle a diverse caseload spanning:
- Contentious probate and inheritance disputes
- Neighbour and boundary matters
- Debt recovery and associated claims
You’ll work closely with clients, providing clear, practical advice while maintaining the firm’s long‑standing commitment to professionalism and client care.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience (1-3 years PQE) in contentious probate and civil litigation
- Confidence managing your own caseload from instruction to resolution
- A client‑focused approach with excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a close‑knit team
