What the day-to-day looks like:

• Market mapping: Understand trends in the FinTech market, and identify top talent
• Client meetings: Build relationships with your clients and understand their hiring needs
• Candidate outreach: Reach out to individuals who you think would be a good fit for roles you are hiring for
• Interview preparation: Guide your candidates throughout their job search with tailored advice
• Salary & contract negotiation: Get the deal closed!

What we are looking for:

• Degree educated: 2:1 and above from a top university
• Competitive: Driven to be the best, and ideally taken part in sports growing up
• Hard working: Had jobs throughout school and university
• Confident & personable: Ability to engage stakeholders, and build long‑lasting relationships
• Money‑motivated: Keen to earn money and be rewarded for hard work
