Predominantly remote working WFH with 1 day per week (Mondays) in office for sales meetings in London area

Are you an experienced MSP Account Director or Strategic IT Account Manager who thrives on building long-term client partnerships and driving technology-led growth?

We are looking for a commercially driven, technically credible IT Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of medium and large business clients. This is a strategic, relationship-led role focused on customer success, roadmap development and account expansion within a fast-growing Managed Service Provider.

This is not a cold-hunting position. It is about owning relationships, delivering value, and identifying commercial opportunities within an established client base.

The Role

You will act as a trusted technology advisor to your clients, helping them navigate digital transformation, cloud adoption and cyber security strategy.
