Role
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Marketing Manager to play a central role in shaping and delivering ClearRoute’s global marketing strategy. Reporting to the Global Brand Director, this role will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across up to five regions, with a strong focus on creativity, consistency, and measurable impact. This is a hands‑on, strategic role for someone who is equally comfortable building a brand, activating campaigns, and driving demand and who is excited by the opportunity to challenge well‑trodden B2B tech marketing norms. We are looking for a strategic, creative, and commercially minded marketer with a strong foundation in B2B technology, combined with experience from other sectors that allows you to bring fresh thinking into a traditionally conservative space. You believe marketing is not just about demand capture, it’s about building belief, trust, and momentum.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Leadership
- Lead the development and delivery of brand‑led, highly creative integrated marketing campaigns across multiple global regions
- Translate ClearRoute’s positioning and value proposition into compelling, consistent messaging across all channels
- Champion brand consistency while allowing for regional nuance and relevance
Demand Generation & Digital Activation
- Own and execute digital media strategies, including paid online channels and performance optimisation
- Plan and manage OOH and digital advertising where appropriate, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives
- Develop and oversee CRM and email nurture programmes to support MQL development and sales pipeline growth
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing activity directly supports business development goals
Events & Experiential Marketing
- Plan and deliver high‑impact industry event activations, including conferences, owned events, and partner activity
- Develop event strategies that go beyond presence — driving engagement, thought leadership, and pipeline contribution
- Manage pre‑event, live, and post‑event marketing journeys
Content & Creative Development
- Oversee the creation of high‑quality content across formats (campaign assets, thought leadership, digital, social, events)
- Brief and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on creative development
- Ensure all content is clear, distinctive, and aligned to brand tone and values
CX, CRM & Marketing Operations
- Own and optimise CRM and customer journeys, with hands‑on experience using HubSpot
- Track performance across campaigns, channels, and regions, using insight to continuously improve results
- Ensure marketing activity is data‑informed but creatively led
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with the Global Brand Director, sales leaders, regional teams, and external partners.
- Act as a senior voice within the marketing function, helping to raise standards and push thinking forward.

Required Experience
- Proven experience in senior marketing roles within B2B tech or digital services.
- Exposure to other industries or sectors, giving you a broader creative and strategic perspective.
- Strong experience delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns across regions
- Demonstrable success in brand building as a driver of growth.
- You are tech‑literate, comfortable engaging with technical audiences, and able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling stories.
