An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a leading organisation on a short‑term contract, supporting the delivery of strategic procurement activities across the Facilities Management (FM) and wider Corporate Services categories.
This role is ideal for a proactive, commercially focused procurement professional who enjoys owning sourcing strategy, driving value, and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activity across Facilities and associated Corporate categories
- Develop category plans and support long‑term procurement strategy
- Deliver commercial value, cost savings, and operational efficiencies
- Manage supplier performance using KPIs, MI and SRM best practice
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and commercial agreements
- Conduct spend analysis to support commercial decision-making
- Ensure full compliance with governance, policy and procurement frameworks
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
- Strong experience in FM / Facilities / Corporate Indirect Procurement
- Proven background managing significant spend portfolios (c. £5m+)
- Skilled in sourcing, contract drafting, negotiation, and supplier performance management
- Confident stakeholder partner with strong commercial judgement
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba is beneficial
