What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively sourcing and developing enterprise opportunities through strategic outbound activity, LinkedIn, referrals and intelligent prospecting
  • Leading high‑quality discovery with CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasurers and senior stakeholders
  • Uncovering FX exposure, treasury challenges and international payment inefficiencies
  • Structuring and qualifying complex, high‑value opportunities for progression
  • Partnering cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Compliance and Onboarding teams
  • Owning CRM discipline, pipeline visibility and performance metrics
  • Contributing to go‑to‑market initiatives across key sectors and regions

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years’ enterprise sales experience in complex, consultative environments
  • Proven track record managing long sales cycles and senior stakeholder groups
  • Strong commercial acumen and structured qualification skills
  • Confident communicator able to engage finance leaders with credibility
  • Highly organised, performance‑driven and disciplined in pipeline management
  • Curious, coachable and motivated to grow into a senior commercial leader
  • Experience in fintech, FX, treasury or payments is highly advantageous
