As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex projects that deliver substantial outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of large‑scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and requirements, establishing clear success criteria.
- Develop and track project plans, milestones and deliverables, adjusting as necessary to meet changing needs.
- Establish and enforce project management best practices, methodologies and governance to enhance efficiency.
- Foster relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing insights to support their strategic goals.
- Mentor and guide project managers and team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, devising effective mitigation strategies.
- Conduct post‑project evaluations to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery, with a focus on managing large‑scale technology projects.
- Proven success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget, particularly in cloud infrastructure, data intelligence or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and drive change, demonstrating persistence in achieving project goals.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptive, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
