A global technology consultancy is expanding its engineering teams in Newcastle and is seeking DevOps Engineers to support large-scale cloud and digital transformation programmes.
This role focuses on building automated, scalable delivery pipelines and improving platform reliability across modern cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling
- Support cloud infrastructure and platform reliability
- Implement Infrastructure as Code and configuration management
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enable faster, safer releases
- Drive DevOps best practices across agile delivery teams
Qualifications and Skills
- Commercial DevOps or platform engineering experience
- Strong CI/CD knowledge (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar)
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Infrastructure as Code exposure (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
- Containerisation and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
