A global technology platform is seeking a commercially driven and technically strong Business Director/Senior Client Solutions Manager to partner with some of its most strategic retail and eCommerce clients.
The Role
You will act as a trusted adviser to leading retail and grocery brands, driving ROI-positive marketing strategies across digital platforms. Working within a high-performing pod structure, you will manage a portfolio of key accounts, lead complex cross-functional workstreams, and deliver measurable commercial impact.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, performance marketing, analytics and client leadership. You will shape media plans, provide technical guidance, optimise campaigns in-flight, and use data to influence business decisions at senior stakeholder level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-led marketing strategies aligned to client business objectives
- Lead planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across digital platforms
- Translate performance data into actionable insights and commercial recommendations
- Drive revenue growth and operational excellence across your portfolio
- Manage strategic conversations with clients, agencies and cross-functional partners
- Troubleshoot campaign and platform issues with confidence and technical depth
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years' experience in digital advertising, media, consulting or agency environments
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, measurement and attribution
- Advanced analytical capability with experience working with large datasets and dashboards
- Proven track record of managing large retail or eCommerce accounts
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
