They are on the search for a multiskilled and hands on Production Manager to oversee their expanding team. We are looking for an experienced, talented & ambitious individual to implement & lead the Production environment. You will be an effective & experienced Production Manager currently working in the litho and digital printing industry. The role of Production Manager requires a methodically minded, professional, possessing sound commercial acumen and a passion that thrives on the responsibility associated with being a leader. You will have demonstrable experience in managing & developing a broadly skilled team, shaping, guiding & enhancing operational effectiveness. You will oversee the day to day running of the production department and its associated maintenance, enforcing an enhanced regime of effective company workflow, guidelines & practical manufacturing policies.
