Cloud Solutions Specialist – Hybrid – London (Hybrid) – c£50K

We’re working with a fast-growing MSP / IT consultancy that is expanding its cloud and infrastructure delivery team and is looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Specialist. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role delivering cloud, networking, and modern workplace projects for a diverse client base across the South East.

This role would suit a candidate that enjoys project delivery, working directly with customers, and operating in a consultancy‑style environment where no two weeks look the same.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of cloud, network, and infrastructure projects, from minor upgrades to major transformations
• Act as a technical escalation point for junior engineers and support delivery quality
• Support pre‑sales activities, including solution design, site surveys, and technical input
• Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into support teams
• Ensure SLA commitments and service quality are consistently met
• Participate in an optional out‑of‑hours support rota

Key Experience & Skills

• 3+ years’ experience working in an MSP or IT consultancy environment
• Proven delivery of cloud projects, including:
  • Microsoft 365 migrations
  • Azure deployments
  • SharePoint Online, Intune, and Teams
• Strong customer‑facing and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
