Mission for this Role
The Product Manager will drive the development and enhancement of modules within the Treasury & Trade OS. This role requires driving product vision, strategy, and execution while ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Product Manager will translate complex financial workflows into well-defined product requirements and ensure high‑quality, predictable delivery in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Compliance and Commercial teams.
Key Outcomes
- End-to-End Feature Delivery:
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable product requirements
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritise and manage backlog effectively
- Lead sprint planning and release coordination.
- Cross-Module Coordination:
- Work across modules (Treasury, FX, Payments, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance)
- Ensure feature alignment and avoid workflow fragmentation
- Support integration consistency across the OS.
- Enterprise Workflow Translation:
- Understand treasury, trade, and finance team workflows
- Convert operational needs into intuitive product flows
- Support configuration logic for multi-entity, multi-bank environments.
- Regulatory & Compliance Alignment:
- Collaborate with the Compliance Division to ensure product updates meet regulatory standards.
- Embed control logic into feature design
- Support audit readiness and documentation clarity.
- Performance & Delivery Metrics:
- Monitor feature adoption and usage
- Track release velocity and predictability
- Identify bottlenecks and improve execution efficiency.

- Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services, particularly in multi-bank connectivity, SWIFT for Corporates, Trade Finance, and Open-Banking
- Financial Acumen: Strong capabilities in financial analysis, pricing strategy development, business model design, and performance metrics monitoring
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA, data analysis, financial modeling, APIs, and system integrations
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences and create clear documentation

Critical Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
- 4-6 years of product management experience with a strong focus on financial services
- Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios and delivering market-leading solutions in fintech, banking, treasury systems, payments, or financial software
- Deep understanding of treasury management and supply chain finance
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services
- Hands‑on experience with modern product management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, JIRA)
- Experience with data analysis and financial modeling in a product management context
- Knowledge of software development processes and technologies relevant to financial services
- Practical understanding of APIs and system integrations
