A growing mid-market accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Transaction Services Assistant Manager to join its expanding Deals team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality mid-market transactions with strong progression prospects in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering financial due diligence and transaction-related services to private equity, corporate, and owner-managed business clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading day-to-day execution of financial due diligence assignments
- Analysing financial performance, cash flows, and key deal drivers
- Preparing high-quality reports and client deliverables
- Supporting business development activities and proposal preparation
- Working closely with partners and clients across a variety of sectors
Requirements
- Experience in Transaction Services
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Must hold permanent right to work in the UK (UK citizenship or settled status)
