Key Requirements
- Deep insurance industry expertise with a strong track record across commercial and specialty sub‑markets.
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI‑enabled, production‑grade solutions at scale.
- Ability to identify high‑value AI opportunities and lead go‑to‑market propositions from concept to launch.
- Strong commercial acumen with end‑to‑end project leadership across scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder management.
- Advanced knowledge of AI technologies, including Generative AI and emerging applications.
- Inspiring leader capable of guiding diverse technical and non‑technical teams to deliver complex programmes.
- Hands‑on experience delivering AI solutions on cloud platforms within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller, able to translate complex data insights into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
Salary available is up to £110,000 plus bonus and cash benefits. This is a hybrid role with office attendance 2‑3 days per week in Central London.
