Your role: recruitment first, sales progression
This position has a commercial focus from day one, with a clear two-stage development path.
➔ Phase 1: Recruitment & Delivery
You will focus on the candidate-driven side of the SAP Contract market, working with freelance SAP consultants across the Benelux region.
You will learn how to:
- Source and engage SAP contractors
- Build long-term candidate relationships
- Understand SAP skill sets, market rates, and availability
- Map the Benelux SAP contractor market
- Generate market intelligence that later converts into commercial opportunities
➔ Phase 2: Sales & Business Development
As you build confidence and market knowledge, you will gradually move into a 360 recruitment role, including:
- Creating and owning job opportunities
- Managing client relationships
The long-term goal is for you to run your own desk, increase your billing, and progress into senior or leadership positions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage SAP Contract recruitment processes for Benelux clients
- Identify, engage, and qualify SAP freelance consultants
- Build and maintain a strong SAP contractor network
- Understand client requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Learn and apply structured business development techniques
- Progress into full client and account ownership
Who we’re looking for
This role is ideal for:
- Entry-level recruiters looking to move into a more commercial, tech-focused market
- Candidates from outbound sales / B2B services sales / call-based sales backgrounds
- Professionals with 1–3 years of experience who want to build a long-term career in tech recruitment

- Experience in sales, recruitment, or a customer-facing commercial role
