Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Our client’s Residential Conveyancing department specialises in handling a wide range of property matters. Due to continued growth within the department, they are seeking a Fee Earner to join their busy and friendly team.

The successful candidate will independently manage their own varied caseload, dealing with a range of transactions including sales, purchases and re‑mortgages. They will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with clients, professional contacts and work providers, and will provide support to other fee earners within the team when required.

The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional service and advice to clients, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and work effectively as part of a team. They will have a proven track record of independent fee earning and, ideally, an established network of professional contacts and clients. Excellent client care skills and confidence in using a case management system are essential.
