Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for an electrically qualified professional (City & Guilds or Apprenticeship level) who is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. You’ll gain hands‑on experience working alongside seasoned engineers while delivering high‑quality engineering solutions.
You must have Electrical qualifications and have worked within the FM Maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & Reactive Maintenance
- Fault finding & troubleshooting
- Conduct emergency light & fire alarm testing
- Maintain plant rooms, pumps and motors
- Service air handling units & fan coil units (filter changes, cleaning)
- Carry out general plumbing tasks (e.g., unblocking toilets)
- Maintain up‑to‑date maintenance logbooks
- Handle client‑facing responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- Electrically qualified (City & Guilds or Apprenticeship)
- Hardworking & eager to learn
- Previous experience in commercial building maintenance (preferred)
- Strong communication & client‑facing skills
- Ability to provide relevant trade certificates
