Senior Recruitment Consultant

InterEx Group are hiring multiple Senior Consultants to join our London HQ in Cyber, Data, CRM, ERP teams – Contract recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Build your network by connecting and identifying the best candidates and clients in either the Data, ERP and CRM
• Complete a high volume of cold calling to prospective clients and candidates each day
• Sign on new clients and build long-lasting relationships
• Manage multiple full-cycle recruitment processes
• Negotiate, organize, and finalize assignments and offers between candidates and clients

We are looking for:

• Experienced 360/ full-desk Consultants with 12+ months experience within the Technology sector Data, ERP and CRM (preferable)
• Previous experience of building a Contract OR Perm book of business
• Candidates with excellent Account Management and Business Development experience
• Professionals with a successful track record of bringing in new business
