To drive revenue growth, manages key client relationships, and implements strategic sales plans for large-scale, national-level clients.

  • To meet/exceed agreed financial targets set.
  • Build effective relationships with multiple key stakeholders, internally and externally
  • To identify key business opportunities within market sectors and actively seeking new opportunities through research and marketing.
  • Monitor the overall sales performance of the account base assigned and take corrective actions to meet the agreed sales budget requirements.
  • Prospecting to find creditable leads and opportunities in the Market and have a good insight to Market activity.
  • Focus on the accounts ordering frequency and take corrective action to reduce non-spending/lapsed accounts.
  • Develop effective strategic contact plans for individual or groups of accounts in conjunction with the Head of Sales/Commerical.
  • Present new innovations and services and enhance existing relationships, internally and externally.
  • Manage contract renewals, negotiate terms, and ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Support and take accountability with Bid Tender activities
  • Manage the company CRM to a high degree of accuracy to ensure all activity is recorded this will include all business calls undertaken with clear objectives and outcomes recorded on account activity.
  • Able to develop, present and create propositions, sales pitches aimed to win new business along with maximizing opportunities within our current and new customer base.

  • Ability to demonstrate experience in building and maintaining and delivering growth within Key/Major Accounts
  • Have a proven track record of winning new profitable business
  • Be commercially aware and analytically minded
  • Confident and ability to sell a Solution through Value propositions
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Possess a positive attitude, good negotiation skills and persuasiveness to win and convert high value propositions
  • Be a key influencer and have strong persuasion skills
  • IT Skills to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills with the ability to communicate in both written and verbal forms Internally and externally with Senior Management and Senior Contacts
  • Confident and ability to carry out Presentations to Key Clients
  • Data Analysis & Forecasting: Using CRM tools (Dynamics) to analyze metrics and project revenue.
