Apply for the Demand Generation Manager
Location: Greater London
Job Description:

What is Sylvera anyway?

Sylvera helps organisations make confident decisions in carbon and commodity markets. We independently assess the quality of carbon projects, track market pricing and supply signals, and provide geospatial and carbon intensity data — giving our clients the clarity they need to invest in real climate action.

We’re a team of 130+ scientists, engineers, and market experts based across London, New York, São Paulo, Singapore, and Tokyo. Our work spans market intelligence, geospatial analytics, multi-scale lidar research, and policy analysis. We partner with governments and policymakers to raise the bar for transparency and rigour across carbon markets.

Backed by over $96 million from investors including Fidelity, Balderton Capital, Index Ventures, and Insight Partners, we’re trusted by Fortune 500 companies, major financial institutions, and governments worldwide.

If you care about climate, enjoy solving hard problems, and want to work with people who take the mission seriously — we’d love to hear from you.

What will I be doing?

We’re looking for a commercially minded, execution-focused Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting into our VP Marketing, this role will be responsible for owning and executing multichannel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth across key ICPs.

This is not a brand or content role. It is a pipeline-oriented, revenue-driven position in a fast-moving environment that demands strong commercial judgement and the ability to independently own and optimise programs across events, paid media, email lifecycle marketing, and sales alignment.

You will work closely with Sales, SDRs, Product and Content Marketing, and external agencies to convert target accounts into opportunities. Specific responsibilities include:

Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

Own and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to pipeline targets across email, paid media, webinars, events, and website. Develop targeted messaging in partnership with content and product marketing, own campaign performance tracking, and continuously test and iterate to improve results across channels.

Events & Webinar Marketing

Lead end-to-end event marketing execution across webinars, conferences, sponsorships, roundtables, and trade shows. Develop pre-, during-, and post-event activation strategies, coordinate closely with SDRs and AEs for account targeting and meeting booking, and track event ROI and pipeline impact.

Paid Media & Digital Activation

Manage LinkedIn and other B2B paid channels, building targeted audiences using first-party and enrichment data. Work with agencies where relevant while retaining strategic oversight, optimising for pipeline rather than engagement metrics.

Sales & SDR Alignment

Partner with Sales leadership on target accounts and regional priorities, coordinate campaign follow-up and SDR outreach timing, and support field marketing initiatives in priority markets.
