Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring all hiring needs are delivered efficiently and on time.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to take role briefings, write engaging adverts, source candidates and manage the ATS.
- Advertise vacancies internally and externally across appropriate job boards and platforms in line with company policy.
- Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews and assessment centres, providing constructive feedback to candidates.
- Support offer management and onboarding, working alongside HR to ensure a smooth new-starter experience.
- Build and maintain talent pools and third-party relationships (agencies, job centres, suppliers) to strengthen candidate pipelines.
- Produce KPI/MI reports and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and service delivery.
- Required experience in an agency, RPO or in-house environment.
